Bikeley Awards
The Bikeley Awards were introduced in 2014 to acknowledge the hard work, passion and enthusiasm of Bike Week event organisers to promote and grow bike riding in Western Australia.
Bike Week events are assessed and based on the Event Evaluation Reports and Participants Surveys on a number of criteria including: how the event met Bike Week objectives, the level of community engagement, the number of attendees and participant feedback.
Categories
Major Bikeley Award – The Bike Week event that best promotes, celebrates and attracts new riders to the cycling community.
Regional Bikeley Award – The regional Bike Week event that best promotes, celebrates and attracts new riders to the cycling community.
Collaboration Award – The Bike Week event that best works with community groups and other organisations.
Promotion Award – Rewards excellent promotion and marketing strategies that engage and encourage participation in Bike Week events.
People’s Choice Award – The Bike Week event that the most participants nominate as the best event at Bike Week.
